At our Studio, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer! That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Pretty in Ink & Lashing Out experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to ensure that your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

- Please allow 48 hours for a cancellation.

- If you are feeling unwell, please message us. We will do our best to rebook you at the very next opening. 

- Payments are due at time of service. You can pay by cash, e-transfer, debit or credit card.

- No shows will be subject to a 50% charge of service.
